GMiner 1.51-支持Grin分叉后新算法

GMiner 1.51更新日志：

added Cuckarood29 algorithm for Nvidia cards (use –algo grin29 for autoswitch after hardfork)
added BeamHashII algorithm for Nvidia cards (use –algo BeamHashII to enable it or use –algo BeamHash for autoswitch after hardfork)
added option to print miner version (–version)
added option to enable/disable NVML (–nvml 0/1)
bug fixes and stability improvements
